Just Breathe
Dear Yogis
Stay tuned. I hope to reopen in the new year as long as it is safe to do so.
No action is required by you. Pre-purchased cards will not expire.
For the health and well being of our community, I appreciate your understanding and co-operation. This is extremely difficult and as much as it may affect me financially, we need our health to be at the forefront.
Let's take a moment to feel gratitude for our yoga practice. Close your eyes, breathe deep and quiet the mind.
Let’s all work together and stay united to help prevent the spread of this virus.
Wishing Peace and Happiness

Yin Yoga with Jeffrey
Yin Yoga is a very deep practice targeting the connective tissues, such as the ligaments, bones, and even the joints of the body that normally are not exercised very much in a more active style of asana practice. Poses are often held from 3 to 5 minutes or more.
A Taoist approach to yoga Yin Yoga is a perfect complement to the Yang (dynamic and muscular styles of) yoga that emphasize internal heat, and the lengthening and contracting of our muscles.
Yin Yoga generally targets the connective tissues of the hips, pelvis, and lower spine.
